Stephen Williams - Managing Director

Stephen has in excess of 20 years experience working within the construction industry with some of the best refurbishment and fit out Companies within London and the South East. As the sole Director and shareholder of the Company Stephen is passionate about the business and takes an active role in every project undertaken by the company.

Justine Williams - Company Secretary

Justine started her career within the banking industry, and moved on to key roles with various independant companies varying from Non Profit making Charities to specialist Audio Visual companies. Justine is a key member of the team who deals with the financial side of the business together with organising and running the office.

Chris Hesketh - Construction Director

Chris has gained 18 years experience in the construction market, including 5 years at national organisations , followed by 13 years in the London fitting out and refurbishment sector. Having served as a Construction / Project Manager since 1997, Chris has spent the last 4 years as Construction Director responsible for management and delivery of commercial, residential and retail projects, generally up to the value of £5 million. Chris is now responsible for the overall delivery of projects at Bluehale, from tender to final account, alongside promoting the business to new and existing Clients.

Chris will also be aiming to achieve ISO: 14001 accreditation for the business within the next 12 months to support our commitment to quality.
